Watch An Amazing Documentary: “The Master Designer”

We live in a world that is inspired. Filled with majestic order, unbelievable beauty, and brilliant design.

With the advance of science we can now see life in intricate detail and mind-blowing wonder. The raging question of our time is:

• How did all of the come to be?
• Can it all be attributed to unintelligent random processes or is there another explanation?
• Does the scientific evidence now demonstrate clear design and reveal a Master Designer, and if it does, what does that mean to us?

The Darwinian evolutionary theory that complex life can be attributed to random, undirected processes over billions of years is facing serious questions.  While random selection and the process of adaptation may be able to explain variations within species, it simply cannot account for one species (read “kind” in biblical terms) transitioning into another species.  The dog kind remain the dog kind.  The cat kind the cat kind. and so forth. And the fossil record support this conclusion.

Darwin assumed that after he passed scientists would uncover millions of examples of “transitional forms” in the fossil record. But the fact is, no such transitional forms have ever been found.  The evidence is not there to support the gradual transition of once species into another. Instead what we find in the fossil record is adaptation within species, and the sudden appearance of all types of complex life forms (example: the Cambrian Explosion)

The other point this documentary brings up is the “irreducible complexity” of certain examples of life forms.  An example cited is the common “bee”. The notion is that all the components parts have to be in place at the same time, for the life form to exist.  Random processes on mutations over millions of years are inadequate to explain such “irreducibly complex” life forms (see also the work done on this my Dr. Michael Behe entitled “Darwin’s Black Box” – video presentation at  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xht_bqPrbWc)

The theory that undirected random processes working on mutated life forms over billions of years can also explain complex life also does not hold water mathematically.  Even 4.5 billion years is simply not enough time.

Probably the most deciding evidence for the theory of intelligent design in life forms is DNA.  When Darwin was developing his theory of evolution, the technology was not available to look inside the cell and observe its magnificent machinery, and the DNA “program code” that resided inside to tell the cell what to do, and how to do it.  During the 18th and 19th century, it was though that the cell was just a mass of “protoplasm”.  Now e know better.  The cell is a miniature biological factory, with an amazing “data center” at its nucleus – DNA – or “the Book of Life’ as some have called it.

DNA has been compared to program code for a computer.  Its has specific instructions that tell the cell what and how to perform, and directs the development of every life form.  And DNA is only found in living things – not rocks, or crystals, or non-living chemicals.  So — just where did the DNA programs come from?  Where there is a program, there is a programmer. In the case of the DNA that delivers the programs for life, that would be the Creator.
