New Article on Jesus, the Shroud of Turin, and Prophecy

The Shroud of Turin is on display in Italy (April 19 – June 24).  My wife and I went to see the Shroud of Turin, which many believe to be the actual burial cloth of Jesus, in 2010.  It was a most amazing experience, to stand in the darkened church in Turin, Italy, for the 15 minute viewing we had, and behold just a few feel away the cloth that may have in fact held the body of the crucified Jesus of Nazareth – who is now my Lord and Savior, my Redeemer,

If this cloth is what I and many other believe it is – the authentic burial cloth of Jesus, the Messiah, the Holy One of God the Father, the Savior and Redeemer of all humankind that believe and trust in Him – then there is simply nothing else that even comes close to this artifact.  It is truly unique in time and space.

I have already featured an article on the web site Evidence to Believe that discusses the Shroud of Turin, and why I (like many others) feel it is authentic.  But given the 2015 exposition, I thought I would add an article on how the Bible, and especially the prophecies in the Hebrew Bible – are confirmed by the image and blood stains on the Shroud.  I have included quotes from the scriptures, links to supporting information, photos of sections of the Shroud, and a link to a recent and high quality 51 minute documentary on the Shroud of Turin.

I hope you like the article: http://evidencetobelieve.net/prophecies-of-jesus-and-the-shroud-of-turin/
