Just the other day, I was speaking with a friend about how God, in His wisdom and grace, raises up certain individuals in every generation—men and women uniquely anointed to carry the Gospel to specific people and places. In the West, we’ve seen this through the lives of people like Charles Spurgeon, Billy Graham, Chuck Smith, and Elisabeth Elliot—faithful servants used by God to impact countless lives.

In much the same way, I believe Pastor Firouz has been called and anointed by God to reach the Farsi-speaking world with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Over the past 23 years, his teaching and preaching—both in person and online via the Internet —have reached thousands of Farsi-speaking Muslims in the U.S. and around the globe. His faithfulness, his perseverance, and his passion for the Gospel have opened doors that only God could open.

Today, Pastor Firouz ministers daily online to multiple groups of Iranian refuges and he pastors four Farsi-speaking churches he personally planted in Nuremberg (Germany), Manchester (England), Leeds (Scotland), and Nigde (Turkey). These are in addition to his in-person ministry at his home church in Mission Viejo, California.

He recently shared with me a powerful story of two elderly Muslim women he led to Christ. They wept with joy as the light of Christ broke through the darkness they had lived in for so long. It’s moments like these—small in the world’s eyes but eternal in heaven—that show just how impactful his ministry truly is.

In addition to his preaching and pastoral work, Pastor Firouz is a gifted author. He has written multiple books in Farsi, including overview commentaries on both the Old and New Testaments, in-depth studies on Genesis, Revelation, and Acts, as well as a powerful book on Christian persecution. His writings are equipping believers and encouraging seekers across the Farsi-speaking world.
